Security that somebody operates – not just licenses
The GUARDIAN Suite is our platform for managed security: operated sovereignly in Germany, vendor neutral, and with people behind it who actually look at the alerts.
What the GUARDIAN Suite is today
We would rather be honest than sound big: the GUARDIAN Suite currently consists of one service – GUARDIANVIEW, our managed SIEM. The Suite is the frame in which we run managed security: how we work, where the data sits and what you can expect from us. What is in it today is entirely in it; we do not list building blocks that do not exist.
What “managed” means here
“Managed” is a word everyone uses differently. With some providers it means you get a licence and do the rest yourself. With us it means this:
What we take on
- We operate the platform – setup, updates, availability.
- We maintain the detection rules and weed out false positives, so the alerts stay meaningful.
- We assess every relevant alert rather than merely forwarding it.
- We get in touch and explain what happened and what needs doing now.
What stays with you
- The decision about what changes in your systems – we do not intervene without agreement.
- Contacts who are reachable when it matters.
- Implementing measures in your environment, unless you commission us separately for that.
We write this boundary down deliberately. A provider claiming to take everything off your hands either holds more rights in your network than you should be comfortable with – or does not mean it.
Digital sovereignty, concretely
Sovereignty is not a marketing word but a set of verifiable decisions. These are the ones we made:
Operated in Germany
Your data sits in a data centre in Germany certified to IT-Grundschutz. No US cloud provider, no processing in third countries.
Open source foundation
GUARDIANVIEW builds on Wazuh. The detection rules are inspectable rather than a black box, and you are not tied to a vendor.
Vendor neutral
We do not resell licences and have no interest in steering you towards a particular product. What fits is decided by your environment.
How a start unfolds
A managed service does not begin with an installation but with understanding. Our usual route:
First conversation
What exists, what is critical, what should be monitored – and what expressly should not.
Inventory
Systems, data sources, responsibilities and escalation paths are captured together.
Connection
We connect the sources step by step, starting with identity and the systems reachable from outside.
Tuning and handover
Weed out false positives, set thresholds, agree escalation paths – after that, operations run.
How long this takes depends on the number of data sources and on how quickly access is available. We give you a sound estimate in the first conversation rather than a standard figure.
GUARDIANVIEW – managed SIEM
With GUARDIANVIEW you keep an overview of your entire IT landscape. The platform collects security-relevant events from servers, firewalls, endpoints and cloud services, correlates them and reports unusual patterns – operated and assessed by us. Prices, service tiers and contract terms are on the product page.
More about GUARDIANVIEWSecurity with a system
Talk to us about your environment. In a first conversation we establish whether a managed SIEM is the right next step for you – or whether something else comes first.
