What is GUARDIANVIEW?
GUARDIANVIEW is our managed SIEM solution based on the powerful open-source platform Wazuh. Instead of checking hundreds of log files individually, you get a central console that surfaces anomalies.
How continuous monitoring works
GUARDIANVIEW collects security-relevant events from across your environment – from servers and endpoints through firewalls and network devices to cloud services, databases and applications – and brings them together in a single console. Instead of watching hundreds of log sources individually, the platform correlates the data automatically and surfaces the suspicious patterns that point to an attack or a misconfiguration.
When the system detects a relevant threat, it raises an alert in real time. Our certified security experts assess the incident, put it into context and initiate the right countermeasures together with you – without you having to build your own SOC team or operate the platform yourself. You get continuous monitoring, documented evidence for audits (GDPR, NIS2) and fast response from a single source.
What happens when an alert fires
The question that decides what a managed SIEM is worth. Here is how it runs with us:

Why retention decides how much this is worth
According to the M-Trends 2026 report, the median time before an attack is noticed is 14 days; for espionage cases it is 122 days. Anyone who wants to work through an incident needs logs reaching further back than the discovery. Retention is therefore not a technical footnote but the property that determines whether you can reconstruct what happened – or only that something happened. If 30 days do not cover your requirements, we extend the storage.

What you contribute
A managed SIEM cannot be set up from the outside. We need the following from you:
- Access to roll out the agents on servers and endpoints – usually through your existing software distribution.
- Connections to your data sources: directory service, firewall, cloud services. We say what we need, you approve it.
- Named contacts and how to reach them – without those, the fastest detection helps nobody.
Frequently asked questions about GUARDIANVIEW
How is it billed?
Per agent and month. Your tier follows from the number of agents you run rather than from a free choice – the more agents, the lower the price per agent. The minimum term is 12 months and all prices are plus VAT.
What counts as an agent?
One monitored system: a server, a workstation, a virtual machine. Network devices and cloud services are connected without an agent, through their logging interfaces.
Do you see our content?
We evaluate security-relevant events – logins, permission changes, process starts, network connections. Those are log records, not file contents and not emails. The processing is governed by a data processing agreement.
Where is the data held?
In a data centre in Germany, operated to IT-Grundschutz. There is no processing by US providers and no transfer to third countries.
What happens if we cancel?
You receive your log data and the detection rules written for you. Because the platform is built on Wazuh, both are in an open format and usable elsewhere – that is the practical part of “no vendor lock-in”.
